We are seeking a Private Ecosystem Key Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships across the Australian private healthcare ecosystem. delivering high-quality, compliant engagement that supports healthcare professionals, patients, and the broader healthcare system.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and grow strategic relationships with pharmacy banner groups and key healthcare partnerships nationwide
• Support patient access through approved patient support and adherence initiatives
• Represent Lilly at major healthcare conferences and industry events across the country
• Work cross-functionally to ensure high-quality execution, governance, and compliance

About you:

• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environments, including partnership-based or enterprise customer models
• Exposure to telehealth, digital health, or virtual care models, or adjacent healthcare industries such as medical devices, diagnostics, health services, or healthcare technology
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or pharmacy account management is advantageous but not essential
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex, regulated systems
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to compliance
