Oncology Sales Representative
Assigned territory: Lombardia, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige
Requested place of leaving: Brescia, Verona, Trento, Bolzano
Contract: Fixed term - 12 months
Type: Agency Contract

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be empowered to:
- Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)Build trusted relationships through a hybrid engagement model—combining face-to-face visits with digital channels—to deliver impactful, tailored solutions.
- Drive Strategic Territory Planning
- Analyze data to identify opportunities, prioritize actions, and align with cross-functional teams to maximize territory performance.
- Deliver Consultative Value
- Go beyond product promotion—listen actively, understand HCP needs, and co-create solutions that improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with medical, marketing, and access teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent value delivery.
- Upskill & Innovate
Stay ahead of industry trends by leveraging Ai and digital tools, omnichannel strategies, and continuous learning opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Scientific Degree (as per D.Lgs. 219/2006)
- English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
- Previous experience as ISF/Product Specialist
Preferred Attributes:
- High learning agility and digital fluency
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on patient-centric solutions
- Experience in omnichannel engagement and account planning
- Knowledge of Dermatologic sector will be considered a plus
