We are seeking a dedicated student to support our Nordic team within Patient Safety and Regulatory Affairs. The role is based in Denmark, and you will be part of a highly skilled and friendly team that span across the Nordic countries.As we are a Nordic team, we also welcome applications from Swedish students who can commute to our Danish office.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Support Adverse Event case management across the Nordic countries, including collecting, translating, following-up and documenting.

• Support Literature monitoring for Adverse Events and translation of Adverse Events across the Nordic countries.

• Support translation and quality control of Product Information, such as Summary of Product Characteristics, Patient Information Leaflet and User Instructions for Nordic countries.

• Ad hoc tasks within Patient Safety and Regulatory Affairs.

The role is part of Lilly’s student intern program, which includes possibilities to learn about the various roles within the pharma industry, network, and engage cross-functionally in the Danish affiliate and across the Nordic countries.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• You are a life science student (such as pharmacy, medicine, biomolecular sciences) with at least 1 year remaining before graduation.

• Language skills: Proficiency in English and native Danish or Swedish. Other Nordic languages is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

• Good IT skills and ability to work virtually.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• The position is fixed term for 1 year.

• Hours: We seek a student to work 15 hours per week, offering flexibility to balance work and studies.

• Compensation: Hourly payment.

• Location: Eli Lilly Herlev, Denmark

• Preferred starting date: As soon as possible.
