操作员在湖东运营部负责日常生产工作，产品面向国内及国际市场销售。该岗位的核心职责是按照标准操作规程（SOP）准确称量并配制无菌药剂，供后续工序灌装至卡氏瓶中。为保障核心职责的顺利完成，工作内容还涵盖配液所需部件和设备的清洗与灭菌、辅料与消毒剂的配制，以及洁净区环境的日常维护。

主要职能：

• 遵守注射剂工厂的安全政策和程序，营造一个安全的工作环境
• 确保执行操作前完成过相应培训
• 确保遵循其所有流程说明（即SOP，批记录，分析方法）
• 确保始终遵循良好的文件记录习惯
• 确保将任何可能危害环境，安全或质量的问题上报给主管或流程团队的任何成员
• 确保向一线主管提供有关设备或工艺步骤，车间活动（例如维护，固定资产项目，采样，工作许可证等）以及实现一线生产计划的进度的信息
• 确保实时并连续地收集，维护和监控过程，并提出问题使一线主管注意
• 将可能影响一线员工遵守书面规程能力的任何差距上报主管
• 遵守HSE各项管理流程，履行安全生产职责要求

基本要求：

• 必须通过公司职业体检
• 注重细节
• 对制造环境中的质量体系有深入的了解
• 接受翻班加班（如业务需求，包括夜班）
• 能够佩戴安全设备（安全眼镜，安全鞋，防护手套，呼吸器等）

其他要求：

• 了解药品生产质量管理规范
• 具有无菌环境操作经验的优先
• 专科毕业文凭或等同经验
