Eli Lilly Australia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to drive the strategic development, execution, and performance within a key brand for the Australian market. This role is crucial in shaping brand identity and achieving ambitious business objectives.

Job Responsibilities Develop, implement and localise comprehensive brand strategies, marketing plans, and tactical initiatives aligned with global brand objectives and local market needs.

  • Lead the development and review of promotional materials, ensuring compliance with all relevant industry codes, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to identify opportunities and challenges for brand growth.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, market access, and global marketing to ensure seamless brand execution.

  • Manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

  • Monitor and analyse brand performance, market trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders to drive brand advocacy and understanding.

  • Manage and lead engagement with external third parties and vendors

  • Identify and implement innovative marketing approaches, including digital and multi-channel strategies, to engage target audiences effectively.

  • Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related scientific field.

  • Strong understanding of the Australian pharmaceutical market, regulatory environment, and healthcare landscape.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
