Senior Digital Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product Owner to join our Branch/Region Practice & Performance product and help deliver the next generation of digital experiences and capabilities for our branch teams.

This role is focused on leading cross-functional teams to deliver Planning & Performance Measurement Capabilities. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing our digital product ecosystem. What You Will Do:

• The Senior Product Owner serves as the individual accountable for one or more systems, leading a multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product team to deliver value to internal and external customers of the Firm.
• This individual aligns strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of their product roadmap.
• This person will lead their matrixed product team through influence as well as task assignment authority, mentoring and coaching all team members to fulfill the product vision.
• This individual will additionally advise and align with adjacent product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression of the department strategy.

What Experience You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience within product organization.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Previous experience with prioritization.
• Ability to overcome ambiguity and deliver results.
• Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work with stakeholders throughout the organization.

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
