About the team:

We are passionate about connecting buyers and sellers around the world and creating opportunities through commerce and technology. Our responsibilities include all aspects of e Bay’s business in the North America region including e Bay’s operations in Moonachie new jersey

Schedule: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri, 1 hr lunch and 1 15 min break, flexibility to work mandatory OT and holidays)

Responsibilities :

• Ensure inbound shipments are received and registered correctly

• Perform general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods

• Shipping items out end of day

• Be comfortable in a fast-paced facility environment

• Achieve quality metrics and productivity goals daily

• Proactively communicate with managers about daily activities and obstacles

• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment

Requirements :

• Luxury product experience

• Warehouse operations experience

• A hands-on mentality

• Flexibility to evolving work-flows and responsibilities

• Good verbal communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously

• Capacity to work on your feet for several hours & lift 50 pounds as needed.

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$29,600 - $46,500

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
