About the Role

We're looking for an Incentive Program Manager to support the execution and performance management of seller incentives and commercial agreements across e Bay Live. This role focuses on the day-to-day assessment of individual incentive programs and contracts, ensuring they are tracked accurately, performing as expected, and operating within approved budgets. You'll work closely with Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Category partners to implement incentive structures, monitor ROI at the program or contract level, and surface insights that inform optimization and escalation. This is an experienced individual contributor role with clear ownership of defined programs and strong collaboration across teams.

What You'll Do

Seller Incentives & Contract-Level ROI

  • Manage approved seller incentive programs (e.g., FVF discounts, activation rewards, bounties) from setup through performance tracking
  • Track and assess ROI at the individual incentive or contract level, comparing expected vs. actual outcomes
  • Monitor seller and category performance metrics tied to incentives, flagging underperformance or optimization opportunities
  • Ensure incentive execution aligns with approved terms and policies in partnership with Legal and Finance

OPEX Vendor Contract & PO Management

  • Own the end-to-end operational flow for OPEX-funded vendor contracts, including:
  • Vendor onboarding and coordination
    • SOW review and setup
    • PO creation, updates, and change management
    • Invoice tracking, reconciliation, and issue resolution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal partners on PO status and invoicing questions
  • Ensure contracts and spend are executed in compliance with e Bay procurement and finance processes

Budget Ownership (Program / BU Level)

  • Track spend and remaining budget for assigned incentive programs and vendor engagements at a business-unit or program level
  • Partner with Finance to reconcile actuals vs. plan and support month-end and quarter-end close activities
  • Proactively identify budget risks, delays, or variances and escalate with clear context and recommendations

Process Improvement & Operational Rigor

  • Apply deep working knowledge of e Bay's PO and procurement processes to simplify workflows and reduce cycle times
  • Identify bottlenecks in vendor onboarding, contracting, or invoicing and drive practical process improvements
  • Maintain clear documentation, templates, and checklists to enable faster execution and consistency across programs
  • Share best practices and support teammates in navigating procurement and financial processes

Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain dashboards and trackers that provide visibility into incentive performance, contract status, and spend
  • Provide regular status updates and insights to management and senior partners
  • Collaborate closely with Category, BD, Finance, Legal, and Activation teams to support program launches and ongoing execution

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, marketing operations, business operations, or a related role
  • Comfortable working with contract-level economics, budgets, and ROI metrics within a defined scope
  • Previous experience working with procurement, POs, and contract management is preferred
  • Strong analytical foundation with experience using dashboards, spreadsheets, or BI tools to track performance
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple programs in parallel
  • Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across Finance, Legal, and business teams
  • Able to work independently on assigned initiatives while providing regular status updates to your manager
  • Interested in growing toward broader analytical or strategic ownership over time
