We are in search of a highly qualified and experienced leader to supervise our Security Technology team. This role takes charge of the full strategy, delivery, and continuous advancement of all security technology systems within the organization. The ideal candidate balances strategic vision with practical focus. They can advise sophisticated new security builds, define standards, and ensure consistent, high-quality integration of security technology across hardware and software platforms.

This leader will collaborate closely with internal participants, manage vendor relationships, and guide a team responsible for system development, installation, integration, and lifecycle optimization.

What you will accomplish:

• Take responsibility for the security technology roadmap, ensuring current and upcoming technologies align with business needs and risk posture and efficiently utilize resources
• Develop plans for new builds, from large-scale, complex projects to smaller site deployments
• Evaluate new technologies and determine where they can add operational, security, or cost value
• Establish and enforce minimum security technology standards for different types of builds (e.g., large campuses, offices, warehouses, retail, remote sites)
• Lead the group responsible for security technology integrations across platforms and systems
• Manage vendor support relationships, SLAs, and processes for handling blocking issues
• Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing security technology team

What you will bring

• Over 15 years of experience in security technology, physical security systems, or related technical areas
• Demonstrable experience leading large-scale security technology programs along with multi-site deployments
• Solid background in building security systems, installation, integration, and lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability to build standards, processes, and scalable frameworks
• Experience leading vendors and complex multi-functional projects
• Superb communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear business outcomes
• Technical expertise in access control, video surveillance, IP networks, and life safety code compliance
• Required: Lenel ACS and Motorola CCTV technologies
