About the team and the role:

Shipping plays a key role in building buyer trust and driving marketplace conversion. This role sits at the center of the initiatives at e Bay sought at scaling shipping capabilities and delivering value to both sellers and buyers. As Head of Managed Shipping, Labels & PUDO, you will own the growth and performance of e Bay’s shipping solutions within the market, leading strategy, execution, and results.

You will work closely with Product, Marketplace Operations, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to expand adoption, improve customer experience, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires a balance of critical thinking and hands-on execution, with accountability for delivering impact across the marketplace.

What you will accomplish:

• Own and grow Managed Shipping, Labels, and PUDO performance, driving adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction

• Define and implement strategies that increase seller uptake and expand marketplace penetration

• Improve end-to-end shipping experiences for sellers and buyers by identifying gaps and partnering with Product and Operations

• Influence product roadmap priorities through close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

• Align cross-functional collaborators across Marketplace Operations, Finance, and Go-to-Market to deliver market strategy

• Establish operating rhythms to observe critical data points, lead business reviews, and encourage ongoing performance improvement

• Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and pace while leading cross-functional initiatives

What you will bring:

• Significant experience (10+ years) in business leadership, strategy, product, or marketplace operations

• Consistent track record of driving growth and coordinating efforts across multiple functions in complex environments

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Ability to translate insights into clear actions that improve business performance

• Effective collaborator management and communication skills across diverse teams

• Experience scaling programs or products in marketplace or platform environments; logistics or shipping experience is a plus

• Flexibility to work across London, Bern, or Berlin and collaborate with distributed teams
