Über die Rolle

Wir suchen eine*n Partnerships Program Coordinator (L23), der / *die die Umsetzung und Koordination externer Partnerschaften von e Bay Live unterstützt, darunter Marken, Streaming-Services und Drittanbieter-Agenturen. Die Rolle ist stark ausführungsorientiert und arbeitet eng mit internen Teams sowie externen Partnern zusammen, um eine reibungslose Umsetzung von Partnerschaftsinitiativen und Live-Programmierungen sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du koordinierst die tägliche Kommunikation mit externen Partnern und sorgst für Klarheit zu Deliverables, Timelines und Feedback

• Du unterstützt die Umsetzung von Partnerschafts-Deliverables von Kick-off bis Abschluss, trackst Fortschritte und machst Risiken frühzeitig sichtbar

• Du hilfst beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Content-Plänen, Programmkalendern und Produktions-Timelines

• Du pflegst Dashboards und regelmäßige Reports zu Partneraktivitäten, Performance und Compliance

• Du stimmst dich mit Category-, Programming-, Marketing-, Brand- und Legal-Teams ab, um Partneraktivierungen an e Bay-Vorgaben auszurichten

• Du trägst zur Dokumentation skalierbarer Prozesse und Guidelines für das Partnermanagement bei e Bay Live bei

Das bringst du mit

• 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Programmkoordination, im Partnermanagement, Operations- oder Content-Umfeld

• Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Workstreams und Deadlines parallel zu managen

• Klare, professionelle Kommunikationsstärke und gutes Beziehungsmanagement

• Detailorientierte Arbeitsweise und Sicherheit im Tracking von Timelines, Deliverables und Status-Updates

• Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken mit der Fähigkeit, Themen frühzeitig zu erkennen

• Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Monday, Airtable, Smartsheet) sowie Interesse an Live- oder digitalen Medien
