This is a 12 month fixed term contract position.
About the team and the role:The ECM team drives category growth and cross-border trade (CBT) across European markets, partnering closely with sellers and cross-functional partners to scale pivotal initiatives. As part of this team, the e Bay Live CBT Junior Associate will support the expansion of the new e Bay Live platform, helping position it as a key growth lever within the evolving live commerce landscape.
In this role, you will focus on identifying and activating high-potential seller supply for e Bay Live, with a strong emphasis on cross-border opportunities. Reporting within the ECM organization, you will collaborate with category teams and cross-functional partners to onboard sellers, analyze performance data, and contribute to e Bay Live’s growth strategy across Europe.
What you will accomplish:
- Identify and prioritize high-potential ECM seller supply suited for the e Bay Live format, with a focus on cross-border trade growth.
- Use marketplace data and seller performance insights to recruit and activate top-performing sellers onto e Bay Live.
- Source, qualify, and engage new seller leads across European markets to expand live commerce participation.
- Support onboarding and activation of sellers in partnership with ECM and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with category and business priorities.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and live commerce market analysis to inform strategy and strengthen e Bay Live’s value proposition.
- Translate data and market insights into actionable recommendations that contribute to e Bay Live’s CBT expansion.
- Build knowledge of emerging live commerce technologies and marketplace dynamics while contributing to high-impact, cross-market projects.

- Interest in cross-border trade and seller engagement strategies within a global marketplace environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, digital sales, or live commerce initiatives is a plus.
