Position Summary
This role is responsible for developing and leading a premium team of account managers in conjunction with partnering internally with primary stakeholders within the e Bay Live Business. Build and maintain strong relationships with priority sellers while leading strategic seller initiatives to scale, grow and develop. This role focuses on accelerating seller growth through consultative partnership and knowledge sharing, focusing on the most strategic and important relationships within the New Verticals categories (Electronics, Parts & Accessories, Home & Garden, and Health & Beauty) on e Bay Live
What Your Will Accomplish:
Enterprise Seller Partnership:

Build and maintain a top tier team of account managers. Focusing on positive relationships with strategic sellers through regular business reviews and strategic consultations with some of e Bay’s largest and most successful accounts.

Develop comprehensive strategies for enterprise sellers to ensure successful platform integration and early growth

Analyze seller business data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks

Demonstrate building customized business plans to help sellers achieve their growth targets and cadences in regards to e Bay live.

Train team on providing advanced platform knowledge and e Bay live best practices for optimal programming.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller issues

Guide sellers through policy and platform changes while ensuring compliance

Track and analyze seller performance metrics to ensure growth targets are met
What You Will Bring:

5 years of people leadership experience supporting a team of exempt level employees

5 years of Account Management or Live marketplaces experience
-
Extensive knowledge of live e-commerce industry trends and standard methodologies

Strong project management and organization skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities

Adaptable in a face paced, ever changing environment.

Excellent influencing and presentation skills

Enjoys public speaking; shows genuine interest and passion in live commerce

Proven ability to build and handle relationships with all size of businesspartners

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$126,800 - $204,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
