  • Manage large-scale programs and budgets, balancing operational excellence with innovation, efficiency, and long-term scalability.

  • Oversee complex projects, such as co-leading the Pittsburgh Under One Roof initiative and contributing to cross-site standards and programs in partnership with ESC peers.

  • Act as a thought leader in workplace experience, continuously identifying trends and standard processes to enhance hospitality, sustainability, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.

  • Represent the Pittsburgh site in company-wide planning, including strategic roadmap discussions, space forecasting, and business continuity initiatives.

  • Cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships with IT/AV, People, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and flawless workplace execution.

  • Champion a culture of hospitality and inclusion, ensuring every employee and guest feels encouraged, supported, and connected to our mission.

:check: You have...

  • 7–10 years of experience in workplace, facilities, or hospitality management, including team leadership and management of multi-vendor programs.

  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, budget ownership, and cross-functional influence.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to advocate for workplace initiatives across levels and functions.

  • A data-driven outlook, using metrics to identify improvements, inform decisions, and justify investments.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving needs.

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to work full-time onsite at our Pittsburgh HQ.

:star: Exceptional candidates will have...

  • Experience leading regional or multi-site workplace operations.

  • Background in workplace strategy, space planning, or change management.

  • A track record of designing programs that improve employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture.
