About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Team Lead who will focus on coaching and upleveling our Vendor Partners revenue growth for our existing merchants and Door Dash. This Team Lead will work closely with our Vendor Leads to help provide sales trainings, call calibration feedback, and various sales tools in an effort for our Vendor reps to easily adopt our Mercants into incremental products and services to help their businesses accelerate to new levels. You will report to our Inside Sales Manager on our team in our Inside Account Development organization. Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote with the potential to travel onsite (Ex. Columbia, Costa Rica, India, Philippines, and Egypt) to meet and work with our Vendor teams.

Work closely with our Vendor leads on paths around how our Merchants Activate additional products on the Door Dash platform to empower merchant partner growth

Cultivate unique solutions through sales trainings, data and analytical tools

Become a pro in creating and revamping sales training materials, scripts, email templates, and more in an effort to provide the most effective tools to our Vendor partners

Listen to a high volume of Vendor calls in an effort to ensure we provide ample feedback to our partners and uncover growth opportunities for reps

You have 2+ years in a sales role focused on building relationships and providing sound business solutions to our partners

You are tech-savvy and navigate sales and internal tools quickly (Salesforce, Chorus, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Google Apps)

Must be comfortable regularly exercising discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties, including evaluating options, making informed decisions, and determining appropriate courses of action within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

Compensation:
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.$96,640—$142,160 USDThe total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.$120,800—$177,700 USD
