Door Dash for Business is a standalone vertical within Door Dash, focused on building meal procurement solutions for companies. Door Dash for Business uses Door Dash's global marketplace, selection, and infrastructure, to offer a compelling enterprise offering to employers at Fortune 1000 companies. As the Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives who are responsible for acquiring new Enterprise customers in the US. You will partner with marketing, finance, legal, sales operations, and product to build your strategy.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a team of ~8 Enterprise Account Executives and help them build pipeline and drive net new customer acquisition strategies across the US. Additionally, you will be a key driver for one of Door Dash’s growth verticals and have the ability to grow your team and career. As such, you’ll be in a high impact role where you’ll work extensively with cross-functional teams to execute on growth and operational initiatives. Working alongside large to mid-size brands, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of Door Dash’s Enterprise business.
You will report to the Director, Pre-Sales, Door Dash for Business to work on a strategy and hit revenue targets. We are looking for a sales professional who can coach and develop talent, hire and help to win business. 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Mid-Market/Enterprise sales

3+ years in sales leadership managing a SaaS team covering Mid-Market/ENT accounts

Experience building close relationships from the ground up with large corporations, understanding their needs at a very deep level, and collaborating to structure creative deal terms which result in joint wins

Compensation:
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
