We're looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Springfield location (544 W Jefferson St). As the face of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while managing various aspects of our pizza restaurant operations.

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and take customer orders accurately

Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards

Process cash and card transactions efficiently

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods

Assist with additional duties as assigned by management

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude

Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

Proficiency in taking phone orders and handling customer inquiries

Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere

Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy

Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems

Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures

Strong time management and organizational skills

Stress management abilities to maintain composure during busy periods

Food handling experience is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
