We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our location on 4284 W Thomas Rd in Phoenix, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving team performance.

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the establishment

Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high standards of customer service and productivity

Manage staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
-
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
-
Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks
-
Participate in sales initiatives and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
-
Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling, deposits, and basic bookkeeping
-
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals
-
Step in for the General Manager when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills

Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions

Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities

Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Previous retail or restaurant management experience preferred (But not a must)

Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills

Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and Holidays

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with retail or restaurant operations and industry best practices
