We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 1125 Columbia Center Drive in Columbia, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the management team in achieving store goals.

Oversee and manage daily store operations during assigned shifts

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns

Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards

Manage cash handling and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and security

Coordinate inventory management and stock replenishment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assist in implementing company policies and procedures

Handle phone inquiries and take customer orders efficiently

Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and operational objectives

Participate in employee scheduling and performance evaluations

Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proven experience in retail or food service management (preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor

Solid math and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
