We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our team at our Chesterfield location (105 Long Rd). As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, leading our team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring all team members are engaged, motivated, and performing at their best

Manage cash handling, financial transactions, and money reconciliation with accuracy and transparency

Interact professionally and empathetically with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction

Train, coach, and develop team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering their growth

Answer phones, take orders, and handle customer inquiries with a friendly and efficient approach

Maintain store cleanliness and organization, setting the standard for operational excellence

Make decisive, analytical decisions to solve problems and optimize daily operations

Manage inventory, supplies, and resources to support smooth store functioning

Communicate clearly with upper management regarding performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities

Lift and move items up to 25 pounds as part of regular operational duties

Demonstrate a detail-oriented approach to all tasks while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment

Proven leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop employees

Strong math and problem-solving skills with demonstrated money management capabilities

Excellent customer service skills with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
