We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at 221 Mineral Springs Rd in Owatonna, United States. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring optimal performance, and driving business growth.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness

• Manage and mentor a team of department heads and staff members

• Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and make sound financial decisions

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

• Identify opportunities for business expansion and implement growth strategies

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

• Report on performance metrics and provide regular updates to upper management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior management role, preferably in a related industry

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals

• Excellent strategic planning and financial management capabilities

• Proficiency in operations management and process optimization

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
