JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
To qualify, you must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries. Strong navigational skills are necessary to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area, including navigating multi-story buildings.

QUALIFICATIONS
General Duties for All Team Members:

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas.

Prepare food products.
-
Process telephone orders.
-
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facilities on a regular basis.
Training:
- On-the-job orientation and training will be provided.
Communication Skills:

Ability to understand and provide clear written instructions.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers in person and over the phone.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/SKILLS

Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately (calculator use allowed).

Must make accurate monetary change.

Strong verbal, written, and phone skills for taking and processing orders.

Good motor coordination for precise and rapid movements.
-
Ability to enter orders using a keyboard or touchscreen.
WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to:
-
Varied and sometimes harsh weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks.
-
In-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in coolers to over 90 degrees in certain areas.
-
Sudden temperature changes.
-
Food odors and cornmeal dust.
-
Cramped spaces, including walk-in coolers.
-
Hot surfaces and tools, with temperatures up to 500 degrees or higher.

Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
SENSING

Ability to talk and hear on the phone.

Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.

Depth perception and ability to distinguish between hot and cold surfaces.
TEMPERAMENTS
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently or with others, manage stress, meet strict quality control standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing: Most tasks are performed standing.
-
Walking: Short distances for brief periods on various surfaces, including ceramic tile and linoleum.
-
Sitting: Paperwork is usually done at a desk.
-
Lifting: Bulk deliveries occur 3x a week, with products weighing up to 50 pounds and stacked as high as 72 inches.
-
Carrying: Items like large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz) and trays of pizza dough (12 lbs each) must be moved.
-
Pushing/Pulling: Trays stacked on dollies, requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
-
Climbing: Occasionally, team members may need to navigate stairs or use a ladder for various tasks.
