We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at 1001 W Fayette Ave. in Effingham, United States. In this role, you will support the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving team performance.

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow

Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and implementing company policies

Supervise and motivate staff members to maintain high performance standards

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly

Participate in inventory management and stock control
-
Assist in staff scheduling, training, and development

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
-
Contribute to creating a positive work environment and fostering team collaboration

Perform administrative tasks such as reporting and record-keeping
-
Step in for the store manager when necessary

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Customer service-oriented mindset

Proficiency in time management and multitasking

Computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office suite

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
