We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 130 Breckenridge Ln in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goals

Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards

Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly

Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise
-
Create and adjust employee schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels
-
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
-
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
-
Contribute to a positive work environment and promote team collaboration
-
Assist in hiring, training, and developing new team members
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-
Proven experience in retail or food service management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members

Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset

Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling
-
Experience with cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred

Food safety certification (if applicable to the industry)

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in the Louisville area

Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 15 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.

A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
