Job Overview:

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving profitability.

Duties:

• Oversee all aspects of the store during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations.

• Set a positive example by following and enforcing all company policies and procedures rigorously.

• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing initiatives, and overall profitability.

• Uphold the perfect image and standards of the store while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Ensure adherence to safety and food preparation standards, including food safety protocols.

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.

Skills:

• Proficiency in coffee preparation, food safety practices, food production, Aloha POS system (or similar), catering services, and hospitality management.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.

• Experience in cookery or food service management is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
