Customer Service
As a Domino’s General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a successful store. You’ll lead daily operations, build a strong and motivated team, and ensure top-tier service for every customer. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and manage a team of delivery drivers, pizza makers, and shift leaders.

Operational Excellence: Ensure daily operations meet Domino’s standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.

Customer Satisfaction: Promote a customer-first culture by addressing concerns quickly and effectively.

Profit Management: Monitor food, labor, and supply costs; track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and labor policies in accordance with local and federal laws.

Inventory & Ordering: Oversee inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.

Marketing Execution: Support local store marketing efforts and community engagement to drive sales.
