Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Florissant, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional customer service and support our daily operations.

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries and orders

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer

Prepare and package products according to company standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
