We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team in Fountain, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages and goods to customers while maintaining exceptional service standards. You will be the face of our organization, ensuring every delivery is completed on time and with care. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to customer satisfaction.

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies

• Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times

• Load, unload, and transport packages and goods to designated delivery locations

• Obtain customer signatures and maintain accurate delivery records and documentation

• Provide professional and courteous customer service at each delivery point

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or damage

• Navigate using GPS and mapping systems to locate delivery addresses accurately

• Meet daily and weekly delivery quotas while maintaining quality standards

• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly

• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications

• Knowledge of local roads and geography in the Fountain area (preferred)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and walking throughout the day

• Reliability and punctuality in meeting delivery schedules

Starting out is Colorado Minimum Wage at $15.16hr. Pay scale once shift leading is 16-19hr. Shift leads bonus $50-$100 a month. When moving into an Assistant Manager position, You receive profit sharing.
