Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour + Performance Bonus
Position Summary
Gaube Enterprises, an independently owned Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking driven, results-focused leaders to grow into the General Manager role through our Assistant Manager training and development program. Candidates will begin as Assistant Managers, where they will learn store operations, leadership skills, and performance standards before earning promotion to General Manager. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities (as General Manager)

Oversee all daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, customer service, and food quality

Lead, train, and develop Assistant Managers and team members to achieve high performance

Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and cash controls to meet business goals

Drive sales growth and operational excellence

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and cleanliness requirements

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
-
Build and maintain a positive, results-driven team culture
Compensation & Incentives

Hourly Pay upon promotion to GM:$25.00 – $27.00** per hour** (based on experience and performance)

Performance Bonus: General Managers can earn up to 2% of store sales based on performance metrics

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older

Previous leadership or food service experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Positive attitude with strong customer service and coaching skills

Willingness to complete Assistant Manager training and earn promotion into the General Manager role
