We are seeking a professional and decisive Shift Lead to join our team in Fountain, United States. In this role, you will oversee daily shift operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure the smooth execution of all assigned tasks. The Shift Lead is responsible for maintaining operational excellence, upholding safety standards, and fostering a productive work environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your team and management, making critical decisions that impact shift performance and employee engagement.

Supervise and lead shift team members, providing clear direction and support to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards

Monitor shift operations and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Enforce safety protocols and compliance procedures, conducting regular safety briefings and investigations when necessary
-
Coordinate scheduling, staffing levels, and workload distribution to optimize productivity and meet operational targets

Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance, challenges, and recommendations for process improvements
-
Train and mentor team members on job responsibilities, company policies, and best practices to support their professional development

Address conflicts and performance issues promptly and professionally, documenting incidents as required

Maintain organized records, logs, and documentation related to shift activities and team performance
-
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to established operational standards

Respond to emergencies and unexpected situations with sound judgment and decisive action

Proven supervisory or lead experience in an operations, manufacturing, or production environment

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills under pressure
-
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
-
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements relevant to shift operations

Proficiency with relevant operational systems, software, or equipment used in your industry

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Conflict resolution and performance management experience

Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive operational improvements
Get paid to grow and learn through our Management development program where you learn everything from managing a business to reading and understanding Profit & Loss statements.
Starting out is Colorado Minimum Wage at $15.16hr. Pay scale once shift leading is 16-19hr. Shift leads bonus $50-$100 a month. When moving into an Assistant Manager position, You receive profit sharing.
