Domino's is seeking motivated, hard working, friendly individuals for Assistant Manager. All you need is a great can-do attitude, high energy, and excellent customer rapport! Domino's takes care of their employees, it is a fact that we promote from within and 90% of our current franchise owners started out as Team Members, Delivery Drivers, or Assistant Managers!

Our expectations of an Assistant Managers include but are not limited to:

  • Operate all equipment

  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.

  • Prepare all products.

  • Receive and process telephone orders.

  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

  • Clean equipment and facility daily.

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone, by internet and in person.

  • Train team members & Solve Problems as situations arise.

Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Have a Drivers License with an insured vehicle, but preferred not required.

  • 2 years of experience in the Hospitality or Restaurant Industry, preferred but not required.
