• Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders over the phone and in person

• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently

• Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

• Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shift

• Support other areas of restaurant operations as needed

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

• Capability to follow directions accurately and efficiently

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required

• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate

• Food service industry knowledge, particularly in pizza preparation (training provided)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
