Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 716 E Broadway location in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Oversee daily store operations, including cash management, inventory control, and food quality assurance

Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency

Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts
-
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
-
Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
-
Assist in monitoring and controlling costs, including labor and food expenses
-
Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals and targets
-
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the store, equipment, and facilities
-
Participate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
-
Analyze sales data and inventory reports to make informed business decisions

Step in to perform various in-store tasks as needed, including food preparation and order taking

Proven experience in food service or retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality products

Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and basic accounting principles

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound decisions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with computer systems, including POS systems and inventory management software

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus but not required)
