We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team in Springfield, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of customer service

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Support inventory management, including stock ordering and tracking

  • Assist in creating employee schedules and managing staff performance

  • Contribute to the implementation of company policies and procedures

  • Participate in training and development of new team members

  • Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting

  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols

  • Step in for the Manager in their absence, making decisions and handling escalated issues

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

  • Proficiency in time management and multitasking

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

  • Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.

  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license

  • A great role model - you're the person everyone will look to. From being on time for your shift, to having a great attitude to customers and co-workers and even how you dress - you have to have high standards for yourself and the rest of the team.

  • Our stores are open 365 days a week. Yes, that's right even on the weekends and the holidays; that's when we are busiest! While you schedule is pretty flexible, you have to be willing to work when the team needs you the most.

  • You have to be at least 18 years old.
