We're looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at our location in Galesburg, United States. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations, manage a dedicated team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving business success. The ideal candidate will be organized, decisive, and passionate about creating a positive work environment where both employees and customers thrive.
- Oversee all shift operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business execution
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of employees with a supportive and motivational approach
- Manage financial operations, including cash handling, money management, and budget accountability
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a customer-focused culture throughout the organization
- Handle customer interactions, answer phones, and take orders with professionalism and efficiency
- Implement and maintain operational standards, including cleanliness and organization
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance
- Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns with empathy and transparency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory and stock levels effectively
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds, as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and drive innovation

- Track record of driving operational improvements and innovation

Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.

A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
