• Oversee all shift operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business execution
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of employees with a supportive and motivational approach
• Manage financial operations, including cash handling, money management, and budget accountability
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a customer-focused culture throughout the organization
• Handle customer interactions, answer phones, and take orders with professionalism and efficiency
• Implement and maintain operational standards, including cleanliness and organization

• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
