Customer Service
Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Peoria, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our 10408 N. Centerway Drive, Suite H location.

Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately

Process cash and credit card transactions

Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction

Collaborate with team members to meet order deadlines and quality standards

Assist with various in-store tasks as needed

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and food preparation

Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues

Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures

Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems

Food handling experience or willingness to learn (training provided)

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
