Assistant Manager / Manager in Training
Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing restaurant operations, in partnership with or in the General Manager's absence. You'll support the company by maintaining an excellent working environment through leadership, direction, on-the-spot feedback, training & development. Our focus is always on a positive workplace culture that consistently delivers excellent service and food quality while ensuring compliance with Brand standards & policies, procedures, image standards, sanitation and regulatory requirements. This all starts with you Leading by Example.
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. You must set the example following all policies and procedures and expect the same from your crew.
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance

Provide great product quality and maintain fast, accurate service, provide great customer service

Maintain Brand image by ensuring product quality, restaurant cleanliness and maintenance

Respond to customer questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and customer recovery

Prepare product; operate all equipment; manage food and labor costs

Assigning & delegating tasks and activities to other members of the Team

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork

Clean equipment and facility at least daily

At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting Brand standards and a reliable vehicle with insurance listing you as an authorized driver.

Available to work most evenings and weekends. That is when our customers need us.

Ability to work a consistent schedule with no (or very few) last minute changes or call offs.

High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
-
Fluent in English and Spanish so that you can communicate with our customers.

Recent and verifiable employment within the most recent 12 month period.

Previous retail or QSR experience is preferred but not required. We can train you for the job skills.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Good interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills; highly motivated and organized. Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior. Will do the right thing when no one is watching. Can take direction from individuals in higher-level positions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to coach, train and motivate the store Team. Must be Serv Safe certified within 45 days from date of hire.
Physical Requirements include: Ability to lift equipment and cases of product weighing approximately 10-50 lbs. Must be able to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person. Must be able to operate a computer, desktop, tablet, etc.
Benefits:
Pay Range: $16.20/hr up to $18.50/hr. Overtime available. Full time from $$32,400 to $44,000
