Join our team at Domino's Pizza in Louisville, United States, as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 6803 Southside Dr. location.

Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards

Process cash and credit card transactions

Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed

Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude and an easy smile

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
