Responsibilities
- Supervise store operations during assigned shifts.
- Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
- Support and coach team members during shifts.
- Maintain labor levels according to company standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced restaurant setting with frequent standing, walking, and reaching.
- Exposure to hot ovens, food odors, and varying temperatures.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (ingredients, supplies, etc.).
- Frequent use of hands for food preparation, equipment operation, and paperwork.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Prior management experience in fast food (pizza experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of basic math and cash handling.
- Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
