Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Kirkwood, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness

  • Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environment

  • Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

  • Assist in scheduling and managing staff to meet business needs

  • Support the Store Manager in implementing marketing initiatives and promotional activities

  • Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improving store performance

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment for both customers and employees

  • Participate in hands-on food preparation and delivery operations as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Basic math and computer proficiency

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience

  • Clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly
