Customer Service
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team in Guntersville, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering packages and goods to customers throughout the service area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and courteous delivery services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations

Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely package delivery

Collect signatures, payments, and delivery documentation from customers

Maintain accurate delivery records and manifests using delivery management systems

Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly
-
Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized at all times
-
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving delivery concerns professionally
-
Lift, carry, and load packages safely, following proper handling procedures
-
Navigate using GPS systems and maps to locate delivery addresses efficiently
-
Report delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, and customer complaints to management
-
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and issues
-
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Proven experience operating delivery or commercial vehicles
-
Strong time management and organizational skills

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to read maps and navigate using GPS technology
-
Physical capability to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
-
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
-
Reliability and consistent punctuality
-
Knowledge of local roads and geography in the Guntersville area (preferred)

Experience with delivery management software or systems (preferred)
-
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities (preferred)
-
Commercial driving experience (preferred)
