As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

• Manage and lead a team of store employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

• Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash control

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness

• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures

• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with upper management to achieve store goals and objectives

• Monitor and control costs related to labor, food, and supplies

• Maintain accurate financial records and complete required paperwork

• Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in the food service industry
