We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Shift Lead to join our team in Fountain, United States. In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for leading and managing operations during your assigned shift, ensuring that all team members work efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The Shift Lead plays a critical role in our organization's success by fostering a productive work environment and driving operational excellence.
- Supervise and direct shift team members, providing clear guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor and maintain operational efficiency, analyzing metrics and implementing improvements as needed
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Manage shift scheduling, staffing levels, and resource allocation to meet operational demands
- Conduct quality inspections and address any issues or discrepancies promptly
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance, challenges, and achievements
- Handle escalations and resolve conflicts in a professional and decisive manner
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to shift operations
- Train and mentor team members on procedures, safety practices, and performance expectations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience in an operations or manufacturing environment
- Proven experience working shift schedules
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and data entry
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or facility operations setting
- Familiarity with production systems or operational software
- Certification in First Aid/CPR or OSHA safety training
- Conflict resolution and mediation experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with performance metrics analysis and reporting
Get paid to grow and learn through our Management development program where you learn everything from managing a business to reading and understanding Profit & Loss statements.
Starting out is Colorado Minimum Wage at $15.16hr. Pay scale once shift leading is 16-19hr. Shift leads bonus $50-$100 a month. When moving into an Assistant Manager position, You receive profit sharing.
