Domino's Pizza is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our location in Phoenix, United States (4284 W Thomas Rd). As a Customer Service Rep, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience while helping to maintain the efficiency of our store operations.

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders both in-person and over the phone

• Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision

• Prepare and make pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and kitchen

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order preparation and delivery

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and friendly manner

• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support coworkers during busy periods

• Must be at least {16 } years of age

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders

• Willingness to learn and perform various tasks, including food preparation and pizza-making

• Team player mentality with a positive and cooperative approach

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds

• Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems and cash registers

• Food handling experience or certification is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
