JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all Training, Product Quality, Customer relations, cost controls, inventory control, and cash control. You must set the example.

All Shift leads and Managers at Domino's are part of the team and part of the production. You will be taking orders, making orders, and delivering orders as well as the other responsibilities of being the person in charge of the shift at the same time. Domino's is a fun and very fast paced kitchen where speed an accuracy are crucial to operations. You will be in charge of your inside team making pizza's as well as dispatching drivers on deliveries, all while handling a full lobby of pick up orders. Once the dinner rush is over you will be responsible for delegation of cleaning tasks to the crew and seeing they are done correctly. Being a delivery business you will find times where you are alone in the store running the show for short amounts of time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• at least 18 years or older.

• Submit to a criminal background check

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time

• Able to multi task Efficiently
