• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting Brand standards and a reliable vehicle with insurance listing you as an authorized driver.

• Available to work most evenings and weekends. That is when our customers need us.

• Ability to work a consistent schedule with no (or very few) last minute changes or call offs.

• High school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.

• Fluent in English (and preferably Spanish) so that you can communicate with our customers.

• Recent and verifiable employment within the most recent 12 month period.

• Previous delivery, retail or QSR experience is preferred but not required. We can train you for the job skills.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Good interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills; motivated and organized. Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior. Will do the right thing when no one is watching. Can take direction from individuals in higher-level positions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to coach, train and motivate the store Team.

Physical Requirements include: Ability to lift product weighing approximately 10-50 lbs. Must be able to speak and hear clearly on the telephone and in person. Must be able to operate a computer, desktop, tablet, etc.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area. Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story building, private homes and other delivery sites while carry product.

• Climbing: During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties. Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. A Team Member may make up to 20 deliveries per shift. Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location. Navigation of stairs may be required.

Benefits: Full and Part Time Hours Available

Pay Range: This is a tipped position. Base hourly wage = $9.00/hr up to $12.00/hr. Our delivery drivers average $22+ per hour with base wage and credit card tips. Overtime available.
