• Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and store cleanliness

• Manage inventory, cost control, and cash handling procedures

• Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

• Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and achieve performance goals

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to team members

• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist in marketing initiatives and local store marketing efforts

• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems

• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience

• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check

• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Customer service experience in the food service industry (preferred)

• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude

• Basic math skills for inventory management and cash handling
