Domino's Pizza in Highland, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.

Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications

Process cash and credit card transactions with precision

Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety standards

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Strong communication abilities, particularly in phone interactions

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

Multitasking skills to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently

Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues

Attention to detail in order preparation and customer interactions

Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems

Food service experience is a plus, but not required

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
