We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Shift Leader to join our team in Colorado Springs, United States. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift, leading a team of associates, and ensuring that all organizational standards are met. This is a key leadership position that requires strong decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to motivating your team to achieve operational excellence.

Supervise and lead shift team members, providing clear direction and support to ensure productivity and quality standards

Organize and manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage for all operational needs

Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement and professional development

Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements throughout the shift
-
Analyze operational metrics and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
-
Respond promptly to operational challenges and make decisive decisions to resolve issues
-
Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance, staffing concerns, and operational updates
-
Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand procedures and expectations
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shift activities and team performance
-
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates team members to perform at their best

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably as a shift leader or operations manager

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members
-
Problem-solving skills with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
-
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to the industry

Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications

Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as required

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards

Preferred: Experience with inventory management or resource allocation
-
Preferred: Background in conflict resolution and employee relations

Preferred: Experience with performance management systems and employee evaluations
Get paid to grow and learn through our Management development program where you learn everything from managing a business to reading and understanding Profit & Loss statements.
Starting out is Colorado Minimum Wage at $15.16hr. Pay scale once shift leading is 16-19hr. Shift leads bonus $50-$100 a month. When moving into an Assistant Manager position, You receive profit sharing.
