Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 5201 Grand Blvd location in St Louis, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures

Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards

Run shifts efficiently, ensuring optimal staffing and productivity

Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve any issues promptly

Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records

Coordinate inventory management and supply ordering

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

Assist in training and developing new team members

Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Answer phones and process customer orders accurately

Perform various tasks as needed, including food preparation and delivery coordination

Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude

Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Food handler's certification (preferred)
